Main Responsibilities

Test Electrical Systems
Install, maintain and repair solar energy systems
Troubleshoot problems and resolve known issues in a timely and profitable manner
Be professional in communications with the customer and clearly communicate updates to the customer and teammate
Repair Electrical Systems
Determine the steps necessary to assess an electrical situation using testing devices, blueprints and maps
Progressively learn electrical systems and troubleshooting electrical issues
Must have general labor knowledge
Work on heights, including climbing roofs
Complete quality work in a timely and efficient manner; ensure equipment is properly working
Complete documentation related to installations
Ensures all processes and policies are adhered to
Ensure the highest quality workmanship and compliance with all current codes
Meet safety requirements
Arrive to customer locations timely

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of three years experience working as an Electrician
Must have a reliable source of transportation and a valid drivers license
Must work with electrical systems
Must be willing to learn and follow directions from others
Must be willing to work on a team with a positive attitude
Ascends/descends ladders to access roofs
Must be comfortable with working in heights
Position oneself in a stoop, crouch, crawl and kneeling positions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions; including humid, hot and cold weather
