From our initial conversation at a home show, all the way to install, and now afterwards, our experience with Tyler and his crew has been wonderful! The meeting in our home to go over our quote was great, Tyler was courteous and professional the whole time, we never felt pressured, and he and throughly answered any questions that we had. The quote we received wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Our biggest deciding factor for choosing Astrawatt/Tyler was the fact that they use REC solar panels, and they are one of the top rated solar panels, with a panel degradation rate far below industry average! If you're going to spend the money, why not get the best you can! They also do everything in house! No 3rd party crews where you don't know who or what quality you're going to get. Install of our equipment was a pleasant experience as well, It took a few days to complete the install due to rainy weather, but the install guys were very courteous and professional as well. They were very respectful of our home and made sure to keep their trash and things picked up. Aside from the footsteps on the roof, or the sound of a tool, I wouldn't have known they were there! Install of the system itself looks professional, everything is so neat and tidy! Our system has been operational for a couple weeks now, and it is performing exactly as it was quoted to do! The app to monitor usage and production is also a big plus! If you're looking to go solar, give Tyler and his crew a call!

Tyler Sanchez with AstraWatt Solar did an amazing Job getting us equip with Solar! It was estimated to take 6 to 8 weeks but it only took 3weeks. He also updated us the entire process. I never felt in the dark on anything. Definitely would recommend this company! Such an awesome experience!

Astrawatt installed our solar panels. At this point, we are awaiting Evergy‘s blessing to make them active. The guys with Astrawatt were helpful, friendly, and communicative.

From the quote to the start of the job (earlier than scheduled at my request) and to the finish and clean up, all went perfectly well. We had an early hiccup that was addressed quickly (not from Astrawatt). The job took them 4 days to complete, as they said it would, and it seems to be working as projected. I can’t say enough about Brian, Megan, and Alex (all behind the scenes), Tim the site manager (who even helped when short handed), AJ and the rest of the installers. They did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and handling all of the paperwork and fees. We would recommend Astrawatt 100%. If you are thinking of getting solar panels at your home, I would highly recommend at least talking with this company. I am sure you will choose them!

I waited to complete this review until after the system was installed and connected, the rebate was processed and we had several months of generation to evaluate. It is now more than 5 months since installation and we are extremely happy with the system's performance and AstraWatt. Our 10Kw system generates far in excess of our home electricity consumption with plenty of capacity to electrify water heater, furnace and add EV charger at a later stage. Even in January our electricity bill was $0. The sales process with AstraWatt is very efficient (and paperless) with clear and transparent explanations from Bryan and a quick site assessment. Bryan also guided us through the financing process which was painless. As we were the first home in our neighborhood to install solar there was a longer process of approval with the HOA in University Hills but AstraWatt were highly professional in communicating which was greatly appreciated by the Trustees. Megan at AstraWatt also coordinated with Ameren and UCity for the permitting and inspection. The installation crew were friendly and professional. We did have a minor roof leak caused by a stray screw but the AstraWatt team came back to resolve the issue. Similarly with an issue with the Current Transformer. The quality of the equipment installed by AstraWatt is high by industry standards which was important for us to ensure a long system life. Even after installation was complete the AstraWatt team were highly responsive to provide the necessary documentation for the federal tax rebate. All in all we would highly recommend them after comparing with other solar installers in the St Louis area.

The entire solar contract and install experience was great! Working with Matt on the sales team, he went above and beyond to support any issues I had and working with us to find the best financing option for my wife and I. He also explained the hardware and equipment that was going to be used and provided brochures for everything! He wasn't push, was very fun to talk to, not a pressuring sales person, and had some great "dad jokes". Their formal proposal had milestones with dates and activities that were clear and helped us understand all of the milestones of the project. Megan on the project management team always kept us up to date on changes to the permitting, the status of project milestones, and city approvals of the project. Jamie did a great job of letting us know the who, what, when, where of the install. He was present the first day of the install and attended the post install inspection with the local city official. The install team did a great job! The panels are square to the roof, they were all polite, easy to work with, and very helpful when answering questions. They did a pretty good job of picking up any pieces of wire or scrap, they all wore their appropriate PPE, and they were extremely fast! The install was initially quoted at 2 days and they were a little quicker than that. Again, I highly recommend Astrawatt for any solar installs! The people, the service, and the equipment are all top of the line!

Everything has been super easy, clear, and friendly from the first contact, all the way through installation. I was never a believer in solar until their sales representative came into my home and turned my mind by pointing out all the tax incentives of solar power. Then they came and installed in and out like a flash, quick and seamless. So thankful for Astrawatt.

Seldom have I experienced such professional service than I've had with Astrawatt Solar. Astrawatt did a great job installing my panels and quickly responded and resolved the few minor issues I experienced. The salesman, Bryan, was exceptional, very responsive, highly knowledgeable and always willing to thoroughly answer my questions and take care of my concerns. He frequently would record screencasts of himself answering questions and explaining things in detail, then he would email them to me. The financing options were especially confusing but Bryan recorded a video explaining them all in detail which I then shared with my husband. This was very helpful and a great business/selling practice. I felt that he was honest and up-front and didn't try to sell me a bigger system than I needed, unlike other solar companies I talked to. Some companies just tried to cram as many panels on my roof as they could which would have generated more power than I needed thus just causing me extra expense and to give all my extra power away to the utility company--ya, they would pay me a mere .02 cents a Kw, but that doesn't come close to covering the cost of the extra panels. Astrawatt calculated the number of panels I would need to maximize my investment and meet my energy needs based off of my past usage; not so many that I would generate more power than I needed, and not so few that I would be pulling from the grid more than I should. I appreciate them looking out for my interests and doing what was best for me. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to add solar to their homes.

Highly recommend Astrawatt for solar panel installation in the Kanas City area. Prior to starting the process, I read many on line horror stories with other national installers about pushy sales process, delays in installation, incorrect paperwork submission, and project managers ghosting customers. My experience with Astrawatt was the farthest from those experiences and was outstanding. As they only recommend the best equipment brands and models, may not be as cheap as some other companies but receive a superior product since this is a 25 year investment. I received proposals from several other local installation companies as well. I had a focus on a local company that had a positive BBB rating, did the sales, project management, installation and service with no sub-contractors while having been in business for an extended period. Astrawatt fit those requirements, and their education first approach in the initial consultation showed their customer focus. At no time did my sales consultant Reid use any high pressure sales tactics, ensuring all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with my selection even, if I did not select them. Once contract was signed, Megan the assigned project manager was very responsive, providing routine updates on the process and quickly answering all my many questions. All applications to the city and Evergy occurred in a timely and complete fashion, resulting in the installation being scheduled and performed slightly ahead of schedule. The installation crew was very professional, completing the installation in 2 days as scheduled. Post installation inspection approval process was slightly delayed due to an overly picky city inspector (required updated engineering plans and resubmission for 1 panel that was re-oriented during install due to an obstruction). Astrawatt quickly updated the plans and resubmitted to the city which were approved and final inspection passed as quickly as the city's process allowed. I hope not to move ever again, but if I did I would use Astrawatt again on my next solar install.

Local little companies, giant nationwide companies, companies out of california, etc. This company ACTUALLY knows what they are talking about. Bryan B is what initially sold me on this company. His knowledge and clarity at the start of this process was incredible. He explained in great detail how solar works in my state with our local utility company (ameren). He explained everything from how overproduction would actually work, to sizing the system appropriately. He also explained in great detail the loan process, and various styles of loans (and what fees come with each one). Not one other company even came close to Bryan's explanation. Tim and the rest of the team were also very helpful throughout the whole process. Ryan was great during the install, and install went smooth and inspection cleared without problem. Our solar installation has been up for about four months now. Our latest Evergy bill was $7.40.Thank you to Astrawatt for having patience with my many, many questions. The professionalism of your Sales Rep, Rhody, your Manager, Project Manager, your Electricians, and your Installers was top notch. We tried to work with four companies before settling on Astrawatt, at a time were everyone and their cousin is trying to get into the solar gold rush. It truly came down to Astrawatt and only one other reputable company. The only feedback I might have is making it clearer how the inverters would produce versus the peak power of the panels and nominal conditions. Also, for weeks after the install, some screws, washers, and cables blew off the roof, but that's because it was ungodly windy on my install days. I'm sure the crew did everything they could to keep the site organized. Everything is working fine and I was impressed with how considerate and tidy the install crew was during that phase. I'll recommend people to Astrawatt for sure, and I'd encourage them to be patient with the process and to trust the team. We're very satisfied customers.

We selected AstraWatt for solar panels installation after interviewing 4 companies. Rhody showed a lot of professionalism and detailed explanation like no one in other companies. He was patient with a lot of questions we had and offered very good deal. After we signed up, process was taken by Megan and she handheld the project feeding us with updates on City, Evergy approvals and providing constant communication. Since we expanded our project, Keith (Founder and CEO) got involved and was very helpful offering very good guidance. I cannot say anything, but Astrawatt is a company to go if you consider solar panels for your house/business. Since they are managing so many projects and solar industry is booming be patient if you don’t have answer on email within 24 hours. It's worth the wait to have assurance your project will be taken care of by very professional company. A+

There were a lot of mistakes on my project but there was good followup to correct the mistakes and offer some compensation.

Enphase gave me their contact as one of the certified Enphase installers around Houston, and I'm very happy I choose them. I had a system connection issue after I switched the internet service provider recently, and Tyler came next morning to fix my issue. They are very responsive and reliable. With 25 years warranty, I feel well protected and worth the investment. I'm thinking to expand solar and battery capacity further next year, and I'll ask them for sure.

Adam replaced 3 Microinverters not working on our array and checked everything else.

Tyler was very professional and prompt in answering my questions. They did what they said they would do. They where timely and did the job as stated. More importantly they reinstalled my panels better than Sunrun did in the initial install. Sunrun ran conduits that connected the panels. Astrawatt asked why they did that and reinstalled all the wiring’s in the attic. Now the roof looks more appealing then before. Highly recommend Astrawatt. Joel C.

If you look up "superb customer service" in the dictionary, the Astrawatt logo should be the first thing you see. The initial engagement and installation was very smooth, professional and especially clean! But more than that is the attention I continue to receive months after install. Any questions or small blips that occur (very few) in a complicated system they are quick to respond and even send someone out just to make sure and give their customer peace of mind. Oh and they beat other quotes i was getting by a mile! Tyler and his team are simply the best. Highly recommend!

In 2019 we bought our home in The Reserve at Clear Lake City. We immediately decided to install solar panels and I researched at least 6 solar companies. I had each of them come to our new house and give their sales pitch. I finally selected a contractor, and we installed a 28 panel 8.54 Kw system. Unfortunately, as these things often go our contractor soon went out of business. It wasn't long after that we had a system failure with our inverter.
